      Not put together yet because we have not yet received the missing parts.

      Service and delivery comments:

      The boxes were in bad condition. Fed Ex just dropped the shipment at the side of our house, and left without knocking on our door. I didn't even know they had been delivered until I went outside later. PARTS WERE MISSING!! There were apparently more boxes of parts, which weren't shipped!! We needed the carts by a certain date, and we did NOT receive the entire shipment by the date promised!!

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Service and delivery comments:

      I waited 5 weeks for delivery after purchase and then the cart arrived with several missing parts. Customer service was terrible and insisted they could not send me the missing pieces, but wanted me to box it up and ship it back to them. Then if I wanted to order another right away, I would have to pay an additional $350 now and wait to be refunded for my first purchase. Hayneedle is the worst. I am ordering a cart from somewhere else.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
