The Wesco 30" nose extension is designed to work with 18" cast cut out nose plates. The extension bolts to the indent in the nose plate and easily swings up and down as needed. This is a handy accessory for moving boxes and bulk items. Strong channel supports in the nose make this a rigid unit to prevent torque.

            The screws should be hex head type verse phillips type that came with the installation kit, it made it a lot more harder to tighten the screws, or a two man job vice one. The overall quality of the whole hand truck extention is very good. Rating of 1 to 5, a give it a 5+.
