Q1: The picture on the site shows that it does. Can you tell how far it is from the side of the thickest portion of the tire to the hub face? One type has the hub centered and the other is offset, I need to know how far it is offset if it is.

A: The hub does not extend past the tire. The hub extends beyond the wheel - 1/4 inch. The longer side of the off-set hub is 1-9/16 inches. The shorter side is approximately 3/8 inch.

Q2: Is this hub a centered hub or an offset hub?

A: This is an offset hub.

Q3: Are the middle bearings long bearing that go through the center of the hub or are they side bearings?

A: They are side bearings.
