Unfortunately, my hand cart showed up broken due to shipping, with a piece of the nylon frame broken off. It turned out to be cosmetic damage and the hand truck worked great. I used it for moving. The versatility is great, using the four wheel mode for handling a half-dozen medium sized boxes. The only down side is that the frame is designed as an industrial step climber, with no wheels or cushions on the skid, so when you go down steps with a lot of weight you have the potential of doing cosmetic damage to the stairs. They either need to be cushioned, or you compensate by holding the truck almost up-right to descend and climb - a little cumbersome. With that said, I'd recommend it for medium move jobs on a budget - like mine.

Had we known that the handle when converted must be removed and reinstalled every time with very flimsy pins, this would not have been my choice, especially for the price. I purchased it for the weight versus similar products constructed of metal. It must be assembled, and the instructions are not very clear.

My husband is putting this Christmas present together and it looks like it will serve the purpose we hope for, however, it was missing two washers and a piece was broken off one the circular "collars" that will hold the flat bed handle.
He had a couple of similar washers and figures gorilla glue will fix the broken piece so we are taking care of it ourselves.
I do hope someone lets Harper know.
