This is the fourth cart I have owned, and they are wonderful utility carts and perform 100% as promised. You will never go back to any of the other carts you have used.
However, to make gentle entry and exits through parking lots and over building thresholds you need the peumatic tires. The carts are now shipping with a "Hard" rubber tire(R-Trac). These are very unsatisfactory; no cushioning effect!

The instructions tell you to stand the unit on its end, then pull the frame to extend it. The problem is that you HAVE to raise the bars at each end FIRST, before the frame will extend, otherwise it won't extend. Had to call the manufacturer and inventor of the product to find this out b[...]. Poor instructions! Product also seems a bit overpriced - should be at least $100 less.

This cart is great for use in transporting heavy equipment and boxes. I am a DJ and this cart is a back saver to say the least. Excellent!
I only gave it 4 stars because a cart ALWAYS needs a locking front wheel. Hopefully I never have a problem with it rolling off on me when it is fully loaded.
