Needed to be able to move heavy boxes to and from car at various locations, plus transport heavy but fragile equipment. This cart is great - it is very sturdy, rolls smoothly because of the large soft tires, and folds very easily. It would be nice if it was not so heavy, but I think the weight is unavoidable in getting this level of structural rigidity and carrying capacity. It is much better than the folding cart it was bought to replace (similar weight capacity, but these tires would be hard to beat for a smooth roll over cracks and bumps).

Hard to air up tires (valve stem is too short to get air chuck around). Hard to keep tires aired up.
Had to order new tires right away that I can rely on to be always ready to use on the job. I found myself having to use it on a job even though the tires were flat (what a let down). Otherwise, I love it and can't wait to install the new solid tires. jJ

If it were to lightweight, it would not hold up to heavy loads, one person can get the platform under most large objects and move them. This dolly will most likely benefit a business even more than at home.
