A four-wheel mode provides maximum support and eliminates need for operator to balance heavy load increasing safety. The rear carriage rail may be used as foot rest to help break over load in four-wheel mode. In two-wheel mode, the rear swivel caster carriage retracts for more agile handling. In storage mode, this cylinder truck can be put in a full vertical position with rear caster carriage deployed for increased stability.
